Windsor Wedding Photographer – I absolutely loved photographing this surprise elopement wedding at Windsor Guildhall. Daren and Tammy wanted to get married, but didn’t want any fuss, so they travelled down in secret to tie the know in a Windsor elopement. Windsor is a town they’ve spent a lot of happy time together as a couple. The wedding ceremony was beautiful and intimate, and as there weren’t any guests I was honoured to be one of their witnesses. My friend Leehan also came along to be their second witness!
After the ceremony Leehan and the lovely staff at the Guildhall did some fabulous confetti throwing (thank you!). The newlyweds and I then took some couple portraits by the Guildhall, as the talented violinist (whose name I have forgotten – sorry!) serenaded them, and a few tourists snapped away too. Such a fun, romantic moment! We then wandered through the cobbled back streets of Windsor taking photos, making our way to the Long Walk for some iconic Windsor wedding photographs in front of Windsor Castle. We’d worked up quite a thirst with all this walking so finished up our photo session in the very pretty All Bar One in Windsor Royal Station. Huge congratulations Daren and Tammy!
