Windsor Guildhall wedding photography – This was such a fun wedding! I was delighted to be back at Windsor Guildhall to do a couple of hour’s wedding photography for the very lovely Sarah and Dave. Sarah looked absolutely incredible in her short wedding dress – it had the most amazing train/over skirt and looked fabulous! Dave, of course, scrubbed up very nicely too.
I love a Guildhall wedding ceremony – the registrars there are really lovely and the service was really touching and personal. After the wedding ceremony the guests had drinks at the back of the ceremony room, overlooked by portraits of past Kings and Queens which was pretty cool! We then went outside for some very energetic confetti throwing (one person managed to throw a whole basket of confetti at the groom!). We whizzed through some group photographs, then the guests went to the pub, whilst Sarah, Dave and I set off around Windsor for some bride and groom photographs. We headed to the iconic Long Walk for photos in front of Windsor Castle, then took some really fun photos walking down the high street (fortunately the traffic was light!). I left the newlyweds at the Duchess of Cambridge pub as they rejoined their guests to celebrate further.
Huge congratulations Sarah and Dave – such a wonderful wedding!
