Bury Court Barn Wedding Photography – Steph and Sam got married at Bury Court Barn on a sunny June day, and it was absolutely spectacular! Bury Court Barn is a beautiful luxury wedding venue on the Hampshire/Surrey border in Bentley, near Farnham. It’s got a very special place in my heart – I first visited 16 years ago when I was a bridesmaid at my best friend’s wedding…and the following year I held my own wedding there! I’ve been lucky enough to have captured lots of stunning weddings in the intervening years.
The weather this year has been pretty miserable so it was an absolute delight to get a rare glimpse of sun. This meant that Sam and Steph were able to tie the knot outside. It was a beautiful ceremony. A highlight for me was Steph’s grandma being a ‘flower-gran’, scattering rose petals before Steph walked down the aisle!
After the ceremony and some enthusiastic confetti throwing guests enjoyed drinks and canapes in the garden whilst we whizzed through some family and couple photographs. The meal was delicious (as it always is at Bury Court!) and the speeches were heartfelt and funny. Perfect! After guests enjoyed a cocktail outside Sam and Steph wowed us with an impressive and fast first dance! All in all it was a truly wonderful day.
