Gate Street Barn wedding photography – Gate Street Barn is a stunning exclusive use wedding venue in Surrey, near Guildford. I absolutely love it, not least because it is where I shot my first wedding as Sarah Legge Photography way back in 2009! The staff are amazing – lovely to see you again India!
Gina and Nick got married on a beautiful June day and it was a wedding full of sunshine and laughter. They tied the knot in the gorgeous barn, with some particularly touching readings. Afterwards guests enjoyed drinks and canapes outside whilst we strolled around the stunning surroundings of Gate Street Barn for some couple photographs.
The barn was set up with long tables and guests enjoyed a delicious meal by Tandem Catering. They were entertained by excellent speeches – the best man’s speech was one of the funniest I’ve ever heard (and I’ve heard a lot of speeches!). Long tables for the wedding breakfast always works well for photographing the speeches – it’s fun to be able to get photos of a long line of guests laughing!
After the meal and cake cutting it was time for the dancing. Gina and Nick performed a brilliant first dance, then were joined by their friends and family to dance the night away!
