Surrey Wedding Photographer* – It’s taken me a long time to pull together this round up of some of my favourite photos from 2022. My only excuse is that it was incredibly difficult! 2022 was my busiest year yet by quite a stretch, and it was jammed packed with the most joyous days.
I delivered over 40,000 photographs and I’m so bad at choosing favourite photographs that my first pass through them all resulted in 1000 faves! I have managed to cull further, but I blame my couples entirely for putting on such beautiful weddings. Every one was, without exception, truly amazing and crammed with love and joy. After a few difficult years everyone seemed so delighted to celebrate with the newlyweds and the joy was palpable. There were heartfelt speeches (which made me cry) and touching first dances (which on one occasion made me cry too!). It was truly wonderful to witness the couples surrounding themselves with the people they love, and the excitement of the big day was contagious. 14 years of ‘Sarah Legge Photography’ and I can still genuinely say that I adore my job. How lucky am I?!
