Micklefield Hall Wedding Photography – I am very happy to share some photographs from the wedding of Abbie and Scott. Abbie and Scott got married at Micklefield Hall, which is a beautiful luxury wedding venue in Hertfordshire (near Rickmansworth). It’s been my home from home this spring as I’ve worked there so much!
Abbie made the most beautiful bride – she was really relaxed and happy, and looked absolutely radiant. Her new husband Scott scrubbed up very nicely too, and was a very handsome groom.
Abbie and Scott tied the knot outside in Micklefield Hall’s beautiful pond-side wedding temple. They beamed throughout the whole ceremony. They then walked down the stunning herbaceous border through a barrage of confetti (and even managed to look like they were enjoying it!). I do warn couples before the confetti run that people chucking dried flowers at you isn’t always as much fun as you think it might be…but best to pretend that it is!
Kalm Kitchen provided amazing canapes and a delicious wedding breakfast, as always. The speeches were particularly funny, the sparklers were sparkly and the dancing was enthusiastic. All in all, the perfect day!
The joy of the day was added to by the presence of Abbie and Scott’s gorgeous little son. They’re keeping his pictures private so I can’t share any here, but you’ll have to take my word for the fact that we got some fab pics of him!
