Guildford Manor Wedding Photography – The Guildford Manor Hotel is a hotel, spa and wedding venue in the Surrey Hills (near….you guessed it…Guildford!). It hasn’t been hosting weddings for long and this was my first visit, but it’s a great venue so I hope to be back again!
Sammy and Al are the loveliest couple and I’d been really looking forward to their wedding day. I thought when I first met them that they’d put on a great wedding, and I was definitely right! They were both so relaxed and happy on their wedding day and were an absolute dream to work with.
Sammy got ready at the Guildford Manor with her mum and bridesmaids (and lovely bridesman Luke!). She was very chilled and the morning all went very smoothly. The wedding reception was beautiful – lots of laughter and tears (mainly from Al!). Sammy and Al read beautiful personalised vows (and Al didn’t get into too much trouble for his Liverpool Football Club references). After the ceremony we went outside for a lot of very enthusiastic confetti throwing.
The weather played ball and guests enjoyed drinks and canapes outside before heading inside for a delicious wedding breakfast. After some great speeches and a few more photos it was time for the dancing. The dancefloor was heaving when I left so I suspect an excellent time was had by all!
