Chiddingfold Wedding Photographer – This was a really special wedding, I totally loved it! I joined the groom, Nick, whilst he was having a quick drink at the Crown pub in Chiddingfold. The Crown is very conveniently situated exactly opposite St Mary’s Chiddingfold, the beautiful church where the wedding ceremony was held. I popped round the corner to take a few photos of Jilly getting ready with her bridesmaids where the mood was remarkably calm.
The ceremony was lovely – the bride and groom looked so happy! After the ceremony Jilly and Nick drove off to Gate Street Barn in a beautiful old….erm…cars aren’t my strong point but I think it was a Rolls Royce. It looked beautiful whatever it was! Gate Street Barn is a wonderful Surrey barn wedding venue near Guildford that I regularly have the pleasure of working at.
The wedding reception was perfect, with drinks flowing and lots of delicious canapes. The speeches were really heartfelt and emotional (and funny!) and the guests all had a fabulous time. Ooh and (as hopefully you can see from the photographs) Jilly and Nick did an incredible choreographed first dance – one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to photograph. Seriously impressive!
