Marquee Wedding Photography – Tara and Garry tied the knot on the most beautiful sunny summer’s day. It was the August bank holiday weekend so I felt particularly lucky given how terrible the bank holiday weather is normally! Tara got ready at Coworth Park in the most incredible suite. I knew from the moment I arrived that it was going to be a mega fun day. We had lots of fun posing a photo in the bathroom (who doesn’t love a bride in a bath?!).
The ceremony was held in the chapel at the beautiful St John’s Beaumont school (which is 1 minute from my home, which was most convenient!). The chapel is quite small and it was absolutely rammed with Tara and Garry’s friends and family, and this (along with the way the pews were laid out – facing the aisle rather than the front) meant we got some lovely photographs packed with G&T’s beaming loved ones. As you can see from the photographs there was a lot of laughter during the ceremony (hoorah!), particularly when Tara’s middle name was revealed. She’d kept her middle name secret from even her best friends!
Everyone jumped on two big red buses to pop round the corner to Tara’s parents’ home in Virginia Water, where the garden had been transformed into the most amazing wedding reception venue. The reception had everything – a beautiful tipi, singing waiters (soooo much fun!), a prosecco wall….oh and a carousel! The whole day was incredibly fun and the guests had a ball.
