Bury Court Barn Wedding Photography – I’m really happy to share some photographs of Fern and Tim’s delightful Surrey wedding. They tied the knot in a lovely ceremony at St James’ Church in Rowledge. The vicar was great, and very relaxed, and even let me photograph the actual signing of the register (normally I’m asked to just photograph a mocked up signing after, and I always prefer photographing a real anything to a mocked up version!).
We then drove down the road to The Barn at Bury Court. Bury Court is such a gorgeous wedding venue! It has stunning gardens and is just outside Bentley, near Farnham in Surrey (10 minutes from where I grew up, so the area has a special place in my heart). They kindly recommend me as one of their preferred wedding photographers, so I’m lucky enough to visit regularly. Fern and Tim chose Eden Blooms as their florist and they’d dressed the barn beautifully – it looked really lovely. Fern and Tim were a delight to photograph – I don’t think they stopped grinning all day! We were really lucky with the weather and were blessed with some amazing warm sunlight at the end of the day which let us get some great ‘golden hour’ portraits.
