Tewin Bury Farm Hotel Wedding Photography – for a lot of my recent blog posts I’ve explained how my poor couples have had to spend years planning their weddings and have seen several potential wedding dates come and go whilst waiting for their big days. Well – today is a different story! Marc and Alex planned their glorious wedding in just 12 weeks and it was a magnificent day. They had technically actually only been engaged for 4 weeks, so it was all a bit of a whirlwind!
Marc and Alex tied the knot at Christ Church in Chorleywood, a church I’ve driven past many a time but had never set foot inside until a few days before this wedding when I had my first wedding there! I had a slight panic that I’d made a copy and paste error when I realised where I was heading but all was well. Marc and Alex are very active in their church community and it was a wonderful service, with the most incredible worship band.
After the service we drove to Tewin Bury Farm Hotel in Welwyn Garden City, where the happy couple celebrated their marriage in the lovely stables building. I do a bit of Hertfordshire wedding photography but this was my first visit to Tewin Bury Farm and I was impressed! Guests enjoyed drinks and canapes in the garden, followed by a delicious meal in the stables. After the speeches there was marshmallow toasting outside, followed by a lot of dancing.
