Great Fosters Wedding Photography – I first started photographing Great Fosters weddings a few years ago when I lived in Wandsworth, and I loved the venue then (it’s beautiful inside and out, and the food is delicious!). It’s a country house hotel, set in stunning grounds just outside Egham, Surrey. Nearly 2 years ago I moved 3 miles away from it so now I love it even more!
Steph got ready in the beautiful Nursery Suite with her two bridesmaids with help from the very talented Carolanne Armstrong who was the hair and make up artist for the day. The atmosphere was remarkably calm, it was lovely! I popped downstairs to take a few photographs of the boys and they were also very relaxed (helped by a beer or two I believe!).
The ceremony was beautiful, with a lovely, emotional reading by the sister of the groom. It was then outside for drinks in the sunshine – the forecast rain never materialised (which was obviously great news, despite my garden being desperate for a drink!). The food was delicious (as it always is at Great Fosters) and then it was onto the dancefloor were the couple entertained us with a brilliant first dance (any first dance that starts with downing a shot is good in my books!).
