Cambridge Wedding Photographer – Heather and Thomas held their wedding at Longstowe Hall and it was a truly wonderful day. Longstowe Hall is a historic 16th century estate 10 miles outside Cambridge. It is absolutely beautiful, particularly in the summer – there were literally thousands of stunning roses blooming across the gardens. The extensive grounds are the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs.
The weather was lovely on this early July day meaning Heather and Thomas could hold their wedding ceremony outside. They grinned at each other all through the ceremony – it was really beautiful to behold. They left their ceremony through a cloud of bubbles (instead of confetti) then we headed over to the rose garden for drinks and family photos.
After the wedding reception we enjoyed a delicious wedding breakfast and some excellent funny and touching speeches. A particular highlight of the day for me was the first dance – I love a first dance with a lift, and H&T absolutely nailed it!
