Autumn wedding photography – Charlotte and Ameer got married at Micklefield Hall, a gorgeous Hertfordshire wedding venue near Rickmansworth. It is a beautiful venue in every season. There are several areas where you can get married outside, but there is also a stunning barn for indoor weddings.
The weather forecast had not been looking favourable but Charlotte and Ameer were actually blessed with a beautiful autumn day for their November wedding. After tying the knot in the barn the newlyweds lead us outside to the herbaceous border where they were bombarded with confetti by their very enthusiastic guests!
The whole day was a blast – Charlotte and Ameer have a lot of family and friends and were surrounded with a huge amount love and laughter all day. I particularly loved their surprise (second) entrance after their first dance. They had changed into beautiful Indian outfits and were accompanied by Dhol drummers. I also loved that they were keen for a champagne spray photo. I have never seen so much spray from two bottles of champagne, and I ended up rather soggy but it was worth it!
Here are some of the fab team of suppliers on the day (lots of Micklefield Hall’s recommended suppliers, which always makes the day run nice and smoothly!):
