What. A. Wedding. Chloe and James’ epic Jewish wedding at the ever-wonderful Micklefield Hall was one for the books. From the moment I arrived to capture Chloe and her girls getting ready, the energy was already buzzing – laughter, music, and plenty of happy chaos. My second shooter Kris was with the boys, capturing everything from cufflinks to the Tisch in the garden room, so nothing was missed. He smashed it as ever, thanks Kris!
Chloe looked absolutely breathtaking – that incredible long red hair, her radiant smile, and a dress that suited her perfectly. James, meanwhile, looked seriously dashing. When it came to their portrait session, these two were an absolute dream: Chloe frolicked across the rose garden like she’d just stepped out of a perfume ad, while James smouldered so well it should probably come with a warning sign!
The ceremony itself took place in the new Orangery under the most stunning Chuppah, filled with flowers by Andrew Fleming – it was both beautiful and moving. Organised to perfection by Chloe’s amazing mum, Carmella, the whole day flowed seamlessly. Both families were so warm and welcoming, it genuinely felt like being part of something really special.
Micklefield Hall, as always, was the perfect backdrop – elegant, relaxed and full of charm. The gardens are gorgeous, the Orangery is such a beautiful space for a Chuppah, and the staff are just brilliant – everything ran like clockwork thanks to their calm, professional touch.
Chloe and James made a brilliant entrance into their wedding breakfast, straight into high-energy Israeli dancing, which set the tone for the whole evening. From there it was incredible food from Philip Small, more dancing between courses, and speeches that had everyone laughing and cheering along. Honestly, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish – full on, yes, but in the very best way.
