Surrey Wedding Photographer – a horseback bride!

About a month ago I photographed a beautiful, intimate Surrey wedding. The bride and groom are private people so don’t want a full blog post but I begged them to let me put up a couple of photographs, because the wedding had a very exciting (for me!) extra touch…the bride brought her horse along and we managed to get a bit of a bridal/equestrian photoshoot going on during the wedding reception! Richmond Park Engagement Photoshoot – Ellie & Matt

Ellie and Matt are getting married at the beautiful Sussex wedding barn, Bartholomew Barn, next year.  I love the barn (and have just been added to their recommended supplier list, which is always nice!).  I’m actually off to shoot a lovely wedding there tomorrow so Ellie and Matt I can get some practice in before your big day!   Here are some photographs from a recent engagement/pre-wedding photoshoot we did in the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park.  They are so sweet with each other that I can’t wait to photograph them tying the knot! Surrey Wedding Photographer – Melissa & Thomas’ Compton wedding

I have to caveat this blog post by saying – this is not a styled ‘pretend’ wedding photoshoot…this is a real wedding of two lovely beautiful people!  There was a lot to make a wedding photographer happy – golden sunlight, huge round balloons, a bride in a flower crown, trendy guests playing croquet, liberty print flower girl dresses etc etc.  What a perfect day – I was so happy to have been invited to capture it. Surrey Wedding Photographer – Emma & Luke marry at Northbrook Park

I grew up in Hampshire (Chawton, where Jane Austen used to live, if you’re interested!) and being a regular on the A31 since moving up to Wandsworth I have driven past Northbrook Park hundreds of times…however I’d never actually been in until a couple of months ago until I went on a recce in preparation for Emma and Luke’s wedding.  Well, what can I say?!
