Wasing Park Wedding Photography – I pretty much live in Berkshire (I actually live in Surrey but can see Berkshire from my garden!) and I thought I’d been to all the top Berkshire wedding venues…but I was wrong! This was my first visit to Wasing Park but it won’t be my last. Wasing Park is a luxury wedding venue in Berkshire, between Reading and Newbury. It is set in acres of land with a stunning outdoor wedding space, a 15th century church, a grade 2 listed barn and a collection of charming farm buildings all on site (and all exclusively yours on your wedding day!).
I first met lovely Rachel when she was bridesmaid for Ashleigh (here’s Ashleigh’s Hedsor House wedding), who I’d first met when she was bridesmaid for Abbie (here’s her Micklefield Hall wedding). It’s such an honour when past clients recommend me to their friends, plus I love when I bump into previous couples at their mates weddings.
Rachel and Nathan were a dream to photograph. They were so happy and relaxed all day, it made everything a breeze. As well as obviously being extremely good looking they are really lovely kind people. The weather was glorious (even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend!) and they were able to have their wedding ceremony outside. Guests then had drinks and canapes outside before a delicious wedding breakfast in the castle barn. The speeches were particularly heartfelt, I really loved them.
Huge congratulations Rachel and Nathan, what a lovely start to your marriage!
