Church Wedding Photography – I photograph a lot of barn and hotel weddings (which I love, of course!) but it’s lovely to photograph a church wedding sometimes…especially one as perfect as this!
Chloe and Rich tied the knot in St James church in Bushey on a beautiful and sunny spring day. After the wedding they drove off in an awesome Jeep which I assumed had been hired specially for the wedding day, but it turns out that it’s the bride’s car, which is pretty cool!
Chloe and Rich held their wedding reception in a gorgeous luxury country house wedding venue – Micklefield Hall (yes, eagle eyed blog readers you’re right – I am practically living at Micklefield Hall at the moment!). It is in Hertfordshire, just outside the pretty village of Sarratt and it is perfect, with gorgeous grounds and amazing staff.
The whole wedding was a TOTAL joy, I absolutely loved being a part of it. Chloe and Rich just beamed at each other all day – they are clearly totally besotted! They have lovely, close families (who made me feel very welcome all day – thank you!)…they both have 3 siblings! Chloe’s twin sister Charlotte arranged the singing waiters as a surprise for the couple just after the speeches. I’ve seen them a few times and they’re always brilliant – who doesn’t love a conga line?! Chloe and Rich did the Dirty Dancing lift on the dancefloor which was very impressive! Oh and Chloe’s style was fabulous – she wore a heavenly wedding gown with very beautiful Sophia Webster winged shoes.
