Micklefield Hall Wedding Photography – What a perfect weekend of wedding photography…on Saturday I photographed Nathan and Susan’s Micklefield Hall wedding, then I was immediately back there the next day to photograph Beth and Jonathan’s big day. As Micklefield Hall is one of my very favourite wedding venues this made me very happy indeed! I was also very happy about the fact that superstar caterers Kalm Kitchen were providing the stunning food (it was, as ever, perfect).
Micklefield Hall has various options for where to get married – Beth and Jonathan chose to have their ceremony (well – ceremonies!) in the beautiful and newly refurbished barn. After the legal bits were taken care of in a civil ceremony they had a mixed faith (Christian and Jewish) blessing. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away by how beautiful the ceremony was – it was really personal and I loved how aspects of both faiths were intertwined….and I was pleased that the traditional glass smashing was included!
